Yes I am in fact going to open this can of worms. Now having been clubbed in the past with a downward elbow I might disagree to some extent as to it's "effectiveness". I see it as a possibility type move rather than a threat ender though. But my real question here is what is the best target of that move?? The neck?? The base of the skull?? I have heard so many opinions on where to land that move that figured I would see what you guys think is the most effective use of a downward elbow.
