This is Darren Branch. He's a seriously bad-ass tiny brownbelt under Donald Park/Royler Gracie and he runs Gracie Humaita Cleveland.
He has a strong wrestling background and uses it to eff people up-- most recently winning gold at the 2013 Pan.
