I Hate Driving (for now....)

Had my first driving lesson today. Fucking. Hated. It. Driving scares the **** out of me. I almost hit a fan, almost got rear ended, almost hit a fence (I was actually doing o.k., but towards the end of the two hours, the sun came out and I was going uphill, and it was right in my eyes.)

I like riding a bike and walking better. Guess I need to learn to take the bus. My friend said women will never want to get with me, and I'll never get a job if I don't learn to drive. But I have absolutely no interest in driving.

Does anyone here not drive and yet live normally?
