Hey everyone. For those that dont know I train with Aaron Fields down at Sea-Town SAMBO, we have been doing these technique videos for a little while now and are looking to continue to do them into the new year. We always share them on our Facebook page and on YouTube, but I figured I would start sharing them here to open up some more discussion as it were.
