At least it's a bit better than the average dihedral-angle-proves-wing-chun kind of thing. Their conclusion is that we all probably need to train more, which sounds about right.

EDIT: I would have posted this somewhere other than YMAS if they made some distinction between if this was a nage or otoshi throw, in which case I think the diagrams shown could have very different meanings.
EDIT 2: She's doing nage, but the follow up diagram isn't.
