I thought long and hard about whether to put this here or the videos section, and in the end decided this was more comedy than video.
Also, Is the lady in the video the same lady off the Steven Seagal "Path Beyond Thought" video, who may in turn be the same lady from the tai bo videos?
Anyway. This is like watching a martial arts version of MR T's "Mother... There Aint No Other" rap vid.
