So here is my story. I graduate college @ 22 years old weighing 130 lbs/59 kg. I was skinny, no muscle. Between 22 and 24 I put on a good amount of muscle, getting up to 155 lb/ 70 kg. Over the last 8 years (now 32 years old) it didn't do much conditioning outside Judo and Jiu Jitsu and inched myself up to 180 lbs / 81 kg.
So at this point I decided I wanted to get back to my 155 lb / 70kg state. I lowered my calorie intake to 1700 cals Net, (mostly chicken, vegetables, pasta) and started running 5-6km a day when I am not on the mat along with body weight exercises, not much lifting. Over the course of the last 2+ months I am down to 164 lbs/ 74 kg. However, I been stuck there for a few weeks now. I tried lowering my cals to 1600 Net, no Change, I uped my Cals to 2100 Net to restart my metabolism, no change.
I got 9 more pounds to lose to hit 155.
