i'm really interested in Kyokushin Karate but was wondering how hard it is on the body(joints wears/tears, injuries ect). Does it compare to Judo? I know they do a lot of conditioning.
Also, I'm 35 years old and was wondering if it can be practiced while getting older. I seems to require a lot of flexibility(high kicks). I find it hard to believe that a 60 years old could retain such flexibility. By the way, flexible, I'm not...
