I know this may sound overly simplistic, but how does one playing judo or sambo not get thrown? A general strategy...
I know for me, there are a few things that help. Standing upright, for instance, or crouched in a sumo stance... Also keeping the distance between my feet and the ground at a minimum during ashiwaza attempts, or transitions. Staying square and avoiding "T-ing up" is another.
What do you judo guys think? Help me out. I love strategy, and I have a big competition coming up.
