Help identifying these schools as legit?

I am new to the site and assume this is where you post these questions so on the chance it is not sorry about that. Anyway I have recently moved to El Paso and I want to start training in a new style as soon as possible. There are only three schools that I can get to but fortunately they are either Taekwando or Tai-chi schools which are two of three styles that I want to study. I was never good with identifying bad schools and I don't want to go into one so if I can get help I would appreciate it. Also if any one lives or is familiar with the El Paso area and can tell of any good schools that would be appreciated as well. Here are the sites.
