Hello from a lightweight

Having a kid changes everything.

40-something dad here with a now 2 year old daughter. I'm only fairly fit, and do aerobic workouts regularly. I have NO torso or upper arm strength. Core and legs are good, though.

Looking to learn more on this website! Given my age, lack of ANY martial arts training (beyond a high school semester of karate), and lack of muscle I'm trying to figure out what style of martial art I should start with. I'm willing to put in the time -- years I realize. And train in something that my daughter can ease into.
