The IJF bans more things

This is becoming a regular thing. New year and time for the IJF to ban more stuff because we're all doing judo WRONG. I didn't really pay attention until I restarted judo but they seem to be banning more stuff more often

I'm currently on a study hiatus but when it's over I don't think I'll be going back to judo.
