So, just for fun and variety, I'm making a card workout routine to use with dumb-bells. So far the four exercises I picked are these:
1) Turkish get-up, L and R
2) Half-squat with swing (like a kettle-bell swing)
3) Military press
4) Windmills L and R, except the hand that is normally empty would hold the bell instead, and on going up you would swing and rotate behind.
So, you guys have any ideas of your own?
